Job Description:
Dealing with telephone calls regarding skip hire and taking orders from clients
Recording orders accurately and logging on operation systems in accordance with company guidelines
Updating customers on orders and keeping them informed of progress
Liaising with councils, booking skip licences, and keeping up to date with council requirements and time-frames.
Reminding customers of expiry of licences
Checking of drivers time sheets
Handling customer queries and requests according to the department managers and company policy.
General day to day administration and keeping e mails/correspondence answered and transferred if necessary
