Trainee Administrator/Receptionist

Job Description:
Organising meetings and preparing boardrooms for meetings.
Drafting and creating agendas
Updating phone lists, company phone lists, and project sites
Arranging travel, flights and hotels
Typing reports and formatting training manuals
Ordering stationery
Using Microsoft packages
Covering reception during lunch and holiday of receptionist
Day-to-day administration and correspondence


Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong outgoing personality
  • Previous administration experience and a warm friendly personality
