Job Description:
Our client seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their construction team and support the delivery of commercial and infrastructure projects across London & Home Counties. You’ll manage project costs, support procurement, and ensure financial efficiency from tender through to final account.
• Cost management — Prepare cost plans, valuations, and forecasts
• Tendering — Manage tender documentation and subcontractor enquiries
• Contract administration — Support NEC/JCT contract compliance
• Risk management — Identify commercial risks and propose mitigation
• Reporting — Produce monthly CVRs and financial updates
