Job Summary
A well-established and fast-growing Construction company based in Hertfordshire is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing project costs, ensuring that financial efficiency is maintained throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. This position requires a strong understanding of cost control methods and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
The Role:
Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the financial and contractual management of high-profile Commercial projects across London & the home counties. Responsibilities include:
• Managing and nurturing key relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects meet or exceed financial targets.
• Identifying and resolving potential disputes early.
• Pricing and negotiating project variations effectively.
• Leading the cost management and financial reporting on all developments.
