Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager specialising in Industrial construction to oversee and coordinate complex building projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role offers an opportunity to lead diverse construction initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Develop detailed project schedules
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
Oversee procurement processes, contract negotiations, and compliance with legal and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective utilisation of resources.
Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential delays or issues.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, changes, and communications.
Foster a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety standards across all project sites.

Experience
Proven track record as a Project Manager within the construction industry - 7 years experience.
Demonstrated excellence in time management with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Excellent IT Skills - proficient IN Microsoft
Planning software - ASTA Powerpoint
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.

• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or Civil Engineering are preferred but not essential if accompanied by substantial practical experience.
